New Resthaven Cemetery is located on Highway 372 (N. Grand Avenue), north of Gainesville. This is a flat area which is treeless. Gravel drives run around the perimeter of the cemetery.
There are approximately 1416 graves here. We noted several from the 1950's, and the oldest we found was from 1945. The cemetery is still actively used.
