To make it even easier someone had very recently cleared the underbrush and grass from around the benchmark and marked the location with pink surveyor's tape. As well, the witness post still stands just behind it.
Though its web page says it is in Winfield, it's actually nearest to Lake Country, 3.7 kilometres south of the Oyama Community Cemetery.
