The Memorial was dedicated on May 28, 1990. The parade started on Peters Church Road and ended at the Cemetery. The dedication was at 2:00 PM. The Memorial consists of a flag with the American Flag, a granite stone with a dedication and symbols of each branch of service. there is a nice landscaped area around the Memorial and concrete benches to sit on. The Memorial is very well cared for.

Description of Memorial:
The Memorial is In the Marlboro Cemetery. There is a sidewalk up to the Memorial with concrete benches. The Flagpole is in the center with the American Flag. In front of the flagpole is a granite block 5'x2'x1' on a concrete base. The circle around the memorial is landscaped with flowers, bushes and a tree.
