MURRAY, Samuel Cochrane
Peacefully in hospital on Sunday, August 25, 1996, in his 104th year. Beloved husband of the late Annie Crozier Shannon. Loving father of Margaret Elinor Samuel (the late Lawrence Leslie Samuel) of Inglewood, Ont., and John (Jack) Cochrane Murray (Betty) of Scarborough, Ont. Dear grandfather of Margaret, Rowena, Janice, Deborah and Brian and great-grandfather of Cameron, Shannon, Heather, Kathleen, Francine, Matthew, Amanda, Nicolle and Robert. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 12:30 p.m. until service time in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. For those wishing donations to the Glebe Centre Building Fund, 950 Bank St., would be appreciated by the family.

On Monday, June 30, 1975, in hospital, Annie Shannon beloved wife of Samuel Murray, 33 Regent St. in her 80th year. Mother of Mrs. Les Samuel (Elinor) of Ottawa and John (Jack), Scarborough, Ont. Sister of William Shannon, Hawick, Scotland; also surviving 5 grandchildren. Resting at Hulse and Playfair Central Chapel, 315 McLeod St. Service on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Pinecrest cemetery. Friends desiring to send a memorial tribute may donate to the charity of their choice. Friends may call Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
