St. Paul's is a member of the ELCA, and one of three active Lutheran churches in Cheyenne. This medium-sized church complex sits on a corner in downtown Cheyenne. The main entrance has a dedication block dated 1981, but it looks like it might have been expanded since then, since there is a two-story office wing to the west.
The property is nicely landscaped in the front, with a little fenced garden and fountain. Stained-glass windows can be seen in several places.
Street parking is plentiful, but there's also a parking lot on the west side.
