The plaque says, "The brail system of reading by touch allows blind people of all ages to communicate music, mathematics, chemistry, and literature. The arrangements of these dots located on this wall represents Braille laters. These letters correspond to the letters mounted above. Each braille letter is composed of different arrangements of six different dots within a cell."
