HIGHER THAN THE GROUND, 2.5 FT. NORTHERLY OF A STEEL WITNESS POST."

We were coming out for a nearby Geocache (visit link) (1 Fishful of Cache) and noticed this was about 0.1miles away. HAD to come hunt for it. Super cool that it is nearly DEAD center (EQUIDISTANT FROM THE FOUR CONCRETE BASES) in the middle of the Tower.
