Taken from the NRHP nomination form, "Vernacular one-story residence with elements of stick style-East!ake in decoration, shiplap siding, hip roof with wood shingles, central gable decorated withstickwork. Relocated from original site across Los Rios Street in 1979. Tests were conducted at the time to determine whether the new site, the suspected location of an earlier adobe, contained historic archeological resources. Tests revealed no surface or subsurface cultural resources at the site."
