A memorial to those who died in the Korean and Vietnam wars. On front of base is the inscription "They died so that we could live in Freedom". Two of the vertical slabs supporting the base are inscribed with the names of the dead.

An eagle with outspread wings, preparing to fly, is perched on a rock. The sculpture is mounted on a base that consists of a short two-tiered, square top section, supported by four vertical slabs with curved outer edges that radiate out from the four corners of the top part of the base. Two of the vertical slabs are inscribed with names of dead.
