Memorial cairn, built in 1926, located in the Grafton Heritage park.

The concrete base of the cairn symbolizes the weigh pad from the former horse and wagon weigh station that stood on this spot for almost a century, as demoted by the two steel wagon wheels embedded. It represents honesty and fair trade.

The cairn is intended to memorialize the agricultural and commercial roots of this area.

Today, it serves as the centerpiece of the Heritage Park.
