This clock is mounted on County Hall in Maidstone. It is located beneath a dome on the south west face of the building close to the building's southern end.

The clock face is mounted between two pillars, It is round with a white background. There are no minute marks on the face only hour marks that are either round (12, 3, 6 & 9) or diamond-shaped (1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 & 11). They are all coloured black. The markings on the face, the hour marks and radial lines, are held together by four concentric rings also painted black. The hands, also black, are a basic design with short tails.
