"On the south side of the nave is a sequence of windows by Clayton & Bell, depicting scenes leading up to the Crucifixion beneath quatrefoils of Faith, Hope and Charity. In the best of these, Mary Magdalene kneels at Christ's feet in Bethany while Martha and Lazarus look on.
There is a stunning Annunciation scene up in the chancel - this may also be by Clayton & Bell."

"The studio of Clayton & Bell was one of the largest Victorian producers and known for its quality of design and colour. Many of the windows were installed as memorials and a variety of subjects are depicted; the Nativity, the baptism of Christ and the Last Supper, St. Michael and St. George among others."
