This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Beachwood, NJ. It is set in a concrete post, positioned between a sidewalk and the west curb of Atlantic City Boulevard (U.S. Rt. 9), and is just north from the junction of A.C. Blvd and Pennant Avenue:

ABOUT 0.25 MILE SOUTHEAST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 166 FROM THE FIRE
HOUSE AND CITY HALL AT BEACHWOOD, AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S.
HIGHWAY 9, 39 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF PENNANT
AVENUE, 8.0 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CURB OF U.S. HIGHWAY
9, 25 FEET WEST-NORTHWEST OF POWER POLE 626, ABOUT 0.5 FOOT ABOVE
THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST
PROJECTING 0.2 FOOT. TIDAL STATION 39, BEACHWOOD, TOMS RIVER
The mark is very easy to locate, and is visible from the roadway. As found, the station was disturbed, apparently from being struck by a vehicle or highway equipment. The post is now at an angle, however, the disk may still be useful if its height hasn't changed.
