The Recreation Facility newsletter rhttps://www.sandiego.gov/sites/default/files/santaclara.pdf doesn't indicate whether this field is used for Little League or not... but certainly is a crude field intended for amateurs. No dugouts or bleachers for viewers..... just one bench on each side...enough to sit 4 or 5 at most each.
As a consolation, players can visit the Bay just a few steps away and the ocean about 2 blocks away.
