This pair of utility boxes is located on the SE corner of the intersection of Phelan Avenue and Senter Road. They are painted with blues and greens. The tall skinny box just has green leaves and blue sky. The larger box depicts water, flowers, leaves and hummingbirds in a colorful design. There is a runner on a yellow path going through the artwork.
