The company owes its name to the asphodel wild plant, which grows abundantly on the surrounding high grounds and that blooms in spring, pale pink dressing of the Murgia.
The old stone farmhouse with outbuildings, the trullo and the building that welcomes guests, were subjected to a restoration, thanks to which resumed its original appearance
The apartments were formed in the central structure, offer a stylish, warm and welcoming.
Anyone who wants to enjoy the restaurant can taste dishes that reflect the Apulian tradition, made with local produce from organic crops (such as our oil, produced in the farm and cold-pressed).
For those who have naturalistic interests along the walls, it is easy and pleasant to go in search of wild flowers and dedicate himself to the collection of oyster mushroom and wild asparagus.
In the Asfodelo, guests can find the values of a simple life and enjoy an extraordinary panorama.
In proximity of the farm will be able to visit the site of man of Altamura and the Pulo and only 5 minutes by car the quarry with the footprints of dinosaurs.
A stroll in the old town you will find the “claustri”, the ancient wood-burning ovens and the splendid cathedral, built by Federico II of Svevia.
