"Whaling era comes alive at Hale Paahao (stuck-in-irons house) that was Lahaina's prison in the 1850s. Thick coral block walls surround the prison yard. Enter through two-story gatehouse and visit wooden cellblock to hear tales of a captured sailor. (visit link)
