Welder Rusty Neef created this work of art to honor his father and Woody Guthrie. Guthrie lived in Pampa in the 1930’s and 1940’s. Some people in the town even claim that he started writing songs in Pampa. The musical score is accurate, and if you can play an instrument, then you can use the fence to play the song. It is definitely easier to read then most musical scores. The treble clefs alone are about 12 feet high.
