The family and I hit this place up during Spring Break vacation after locating it on Yelp. This establishment hasn't been here very long, it opened in 2016. Prices were fair, toppings were typical of a frozen yogurt establishment and the place was clean. There's supposedly a secret recipe used to ensure smooth and creamy frozen yogurt.
From the Irvine Company website, which owns Eatbluff Village Center:
"Customers can choose from 10 flavors that rotate weekly, and can be swirled together. More than 40 toppings include cereal, candy bar pieces, nuts, fresh strawberries, raspberries and many more. The non-fat frozen yogurt flavors include Country Vanilla; Red Velvet; Dulce de Leche; Chocolate Blend; Cookies and Cream; Cake Batter; Raspberry Pomegranate Sorbet; Eurotart; Reese’s Peanut Butter and Strawberry Banana. Icicles also serves no-sugar added and non-dairy frozen yogurt."
