Interesting is the beautiful neo-Romanesque church with an imposing tower, built 1836-1838, expanded in 1900 and 1970 redesigned.
Johann Claudius of Lassaulx was one of the architects beutsamsten the Rhineland in the first half of the 19th century.
In 1836 Lassaulx received the order for the church in Weißenthurm, which was officially inaugurated two years later.
