The First American National Bank of Port Townsend was built in 1929 reflecting the Art Deco period it was constructed in. The building continued to serve as a bank until 1974.

Tucked in a side street off of Port Townsend's main downtown street the First American National Bank served as a bank for forty-five years. Built during 1929 it reflected the Art Deco stylings that were common then. However it is the only Art Deco building in the downtown district of this historic community.
