The coordinates posted are for the entrance to the drive to get to the cemetery. There is a very large, ornate cemetery arch at the beginning of the drive. On the corner is a miniature version of the sign, both indicating this is Sheridan Cemetery. IF the grass road is dry, you can drive the 1/2 mile to the cemetery. If the road is wet, DO NOT drive any further. Please walk so you do not tear up the path.

Sheridan Cemetery was used from 1889 to 1950. It's been a long time since anyone has been buried there. The grounds appear somewhat maintained, and the grass is mowed in the cemetery proper and outside the area.

The north and east sides of the cemetery are cow fields, with many curious cows there to watch any visitors that arrive.

There is no link to a cemetery website, but Exploring Oklahoma has a link for information on the town.
