This East Avenue mansion is not specifically featured in the NRHP application, but it is one of that collection of historic places.

The East Avenue Historic District Waymark has a complete list of the addresses included in the NRHP nominating form. The relevant portion includes: "East Ave, north: #400 to #1490, excluding #520-550, #600, #610, #630, #729, #750, #820, #962, #1000, #1100, #1400."

The only description of this address I've found is this fro Paul Malo's 1975 "Landmarks of Rochester and Monroe County: a Guide to Neighborhoods and Villages" on page 69:

"This brick building on broad lawns is another work of the Rochester architect Claude Bragdon and dates from 1906."

Sorry... That's literally all there is. I did meet the present owner while taking pictures; it remains a private residence..
