The Town Hall (Rathaus) of Freudenstadt, Germany, Baden-Württemberg was originally planed by Heinrich Schickhardt and built around the year 1600. It can be found at the North-Western corner of the 'Marktplatz'.
The whole city was planed by the royal architekt Heinrich Schickhardt. It was built after 1599.
The original town hall was also planed by Heinrich Schickhardt.
It was destroyed in World War II. It has been re-built after the war.
The town hall is a big building with a look-out tower which can be accessed during the opening hours of the town hall.
The city of Freudenstadt has about 23,000 inhabitants.
