DE: Schloss Neuwied, gebaut 1707 - 1711, ist das ehemalige Residenzschloss der Grafen und Fürsten zu Wied in Neuwied, einer Kreisstadt im nördlichen Rheinland-Pfalz. Bis 1806 war das Schloss Regierungssitz des Fürstentums Wied. Das Schloss liegt im nördlichen Teil der Innenstadt von Neuwied in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheinufers und südlich der Mündung des Flusses Wied in den Rhein.
Das Schloss Neuwied ist ein geschütztes Kulturgut nach der Haager Konvention.

EN: Schloss Neuwied is the former residence of the Counts and Princes of Wied in Neuwied, a county town in the northern Rhineland-Palatinate. Until 1806 the castle was the seat of government of the Principality of Wied. The castle is located in the northern part of downtown Neuwied near the banks of the Rhine and south of the mouth of the river Wied into the Rhine.
The Neuwied Castle is a protected cultural property under the Hague Convention.
