In Boston, at the corner of Tremont Street and School Street, is King's Chapel, which has a short bell tower, with a bell cast by Paul Revere that is still rung today.
The chapel is located in a very busy part of Boston and is hard to miss. It is about a quarter mile northeast of the Granery Burial Ground and has its own burial ground next to it.
The structure is a dark stone church simply designed and built. The front part has many stone columns supporting a roof. The bell tower is just behind and rises above it only about a story or two higher. On all sides are vents. The building was built in 1754, made of Quincy Granite, which was used in many buildings in the area, including the Bunker Hill Monument. The bell was recast by Paul Revere in 1814 and rehung in 1816 - 200 years ago.
According to the web site, the bell is the largest and last cast by Paul Revere. Tours are available to see it. For $10, you get to climb down stairs to see a crypt, and then upstairs into the tower.
I know that the bell is in working order because I have heard it while walking by it in the evening.
