Magnifique Parc Régionale de la Rivière du Nord d'une superficie approximative de 1 584000 mètres carrés, à vocation éducative, patrimoniale et récréotouristique.
Vous y trouverez la sculpture "Le Sourcier" Personnage en bois de rivage fait par l'Artiste Peintre sculpteur Michel Giroux.
Grandeur nature le Sourcier tien dans ses mains la baguette en y, il est en position de marche en attente de la réaction de la baguette vers le bas par elle-même. Placé près de la Rivière du Nord qui représente l'élément eau si nécessaire à la colonisation du Nord(Laurentides) Historiquement.
Le sourcier est une personne réceptive à la perception de l’eau. Le sourcier recherche tous les passages d’eau et croisements pour les besoins du particulier et du professionnel. Le sourcier se sert de la baguette en Y. Autre fois le sourcier était la personne la plus importante avant la construction d’une ferme, maison et village. L’eau étant essentielle à la survie des habitants, le jardin et le bétail.
Le parc offre à ses visiteurs un site de prédilection pour la pratique d’une multitude d’activités de plein-air et ce, en toutes saisons. Les sentiers d’interprétation, guideront les visiteurs vers les chutes et les vestiges de l’ancienne pulperie. Randonnée pédestre, vélo, pêche, canot, rabaska, kayak, pique-nique, ski de fond, raquette, marche sur la neige, ne sont là qu’une brève énumération des activités également offertes.
