The City Hall of Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg is a great old building. It is located between the 'Neue Straße' and the 'Marktplatz' in the center of Ulm, not fare away from the famous Münster, which is the tallest church in the world.
The City Hall (Rathaus) is totally covered with great paintings.
It has been built 1369/70 and changed arround 1525. The Northern parts and the paintings have been created arround 1540.
The city of Ulm has about 120,000 inhabitants and together with its sister city Neu-Ulm on the opposite side of the Danube River there are about 170,000 inhabitants.
The city was first mentioned in 854.
The city's greatest son is Albert Einstein, who was born here. He's the father of the Theory of Relativity for which he received the Nobel Price.
The Minister of Ulm (Ulmer Münster) ist the church with the tallest church tower in the world.
