These two-lane, long concrete boat ramps are on the western side of the water reservoir called Lake William Hovell (over 100 hectares).

The waters are mostly very deep, but caution is required just south of the ramps, as there is a flooded knoll. Also, to the south(east) there is a flooded valley that still has a lot of standing trees to obstruct the way.
The concrete ramps need to be quite long as the 'Lake' fluctuates in level, and was down about 3m from full height when I was there in May 2016. But it can go down quite a bit lower.
The two lanes are separated by a 20cm high concrete divider.
No fees for using this ramp, and the maximum speed for powered boats is 5 knots - so don't expect to be able to water ski - just fish, and enjoy the geocaching.
