The tower is made from steel that has been allowed to rust giving it a brown colour. The steel frame is mounted on top of a grey, granite plinth. The clock has four identical faces.
The clock is square and also appears to be made from metal having a brown outer background and circular white background behind the marks. The corners have raised markings that include a rose and scrollwork and are coloured gold.
The hour and minute marks are pressed from a single sheet of metal with the marks being held together by three concentric rings that are coloured gold. The outer and centre rings hold the minute marks between them whilst the inner and centre rings hold the hour marks. The marks are brown in colour with the hour marks being Roman numerals. The hands, also brown, are a basic design with short tails.
