Nejstarší spolek – hasicský – vznikl již v listopadu roku 1888 z iniciativy rídícího ucitele Václava Klímy a Františka Menouška. Sbor tvorilo pri založení dvacet ctyri rádných clenu. Krome techto cinných clenu do spolku vstoupilo ješte dalších pet prispívajících. Prvním predsedou se stal naducitel Václav Klíma, místopredsedou František Menoušek, prvním sborovým velitelem poducitel František Verný, jednatelem František Masar a pokladníkem Jakub Kundera. Pro cinnost sboru v prvních letech jeho existence je charakteristické, že odev a výstroj si hasici porizovali na vlastní náklady nebo z financí získaných verejnými sbírkami. Již v prvním roce cinnosti se podarilo zakoupit stríkacku berlovku, která byla postavena na horním konci obce mezi c. p. 26 a 27. Spolek rovnež vlastnil další náradí nutné k hašení ohne (hadice, koše, žebríky, lana, svítilny apod.). Podmínky pro cinnost sboru se výrazne zlepšily roku 1894, kdy predstavitelé spolku prebírají od obce novou požární zbrojnici a soucasne zakupují i ctyrkolovou stríkackzu. Z prvních let existence sboru máme pomerne málo zpráv, ale napr. víme, že v roce 1896 byl predsedou sboru František Menoušek, nácelníkem Jakub Jakubec, jednatelem Štepán Zobal.
V roce 1911 pak bylo zrízeno nové hasicské skladište. V dobe první svetové války v letech 1914–1918 hasicský sbor témer prestal existovat, protože prakticky všichni clenové narukovali na frontu. Tri z nich – Jan Jakeš, Alois Filla a Martin Hrib – na bojištích zahynuli.
Sbor obnovil cinnost až roku 1919. Krome své základní funkce – boji proti požárum, prevenci a zajištování protipožárních hlídek napr. behem žní – se clenové zamerili i na kulturne osvetovou práci, porádání plesu, zábav a divadelních predstavení. Sbor zasahoval pri požárech nejen v Milešovicích , ale i v okolních obcích.
V roce 1928, kdy sbor slavil ctyricet let své existence, byl sestaven základní statistický prehled cinnosti. Za ctyricet let se tak místní hasici podíleli na likvidaci 52 požáru v Milešovicích, 73 požáru v okolních obcích a jednoho lesního požáru. Rovnež trikrát zasahovali u živelných katastrof, zachránili sedm osob a témer sto padesát kusu dobytka.
21. srpna 1938 probehla oslava padesátiletého trvání hasicského sboru. Krejcí Leopold Fiala zhotovil dvacet slavnostních uniforem pro zasloužilé cleny.
1. zárí 1945 se konala mimorádná valná hromada hasicského sboru, která obnovila cinnost sboru. Bylo zvoleno nové vedení. Zakoupila se starší motorová stríkacka. V padesátých letech se hasicský sbor – podobne jako ostatní spolecenské organizace – ocitl v hluboké krizi a jeho cinnost byla silne utlumena.
V roce 1964 se do cela sboru dostává Rudolf Masar a velitelem se stává František laštuvka, situace uvnitr organizace se ovšem nelepší a cinnost se omezuje pouze na povinný výcvik a školení. Teprve od roku 1966 nastává oživení; na zlepšení práce sboru má velký podíl nový predseda František Polášek, který do rad požárníku získal celou radu nových clenu. Príštího roku se sbor zúcastnil cvicení v Hodoníne a v Lipníku nad Becvou a po dlouhé dobe opet porádá tradicní anenské hody. Dochází ovšem k castým a výrazným personálním zmenám. Sbor sice získal auto (skrínovou Tatru 805) a založil požárnický hudební soubor, cinnost však byla výrazne ovlivnována politickou situací. Po celá sedmdesátá léta proto dochází ke stagnaci a práce se omezuje jen na nejnutnejší minimum.
Zlepšení cinnosti je spojeno s príchodem Karla Tumy do cela sboru v roce 1978. Sbor se ihned podílí na usporádání požárnického plesu, anenských hodu a kácení máje. Aktivita clenu sboru (a predevším predsedy) nepolevuje ani v dalších letech a sbor tak po pomerne dlouhé krizi zažívá úspešné období. Prioritou pro rok 1986 a následující období se stala výstavba nové požární zbrojnice. Stavba byla postavena svépomocí za rok a pul. Slavnostní otevrení se konalo 30. listopadu 1987. Na velmi dobré úrovni byla i práce s mládeží.
V devadesátých letech se – podobne jako u ostatních spolecenských organizací – projevila postupná stagnace, vedoucí k cástecnému utlumení aktivit. Na cinnost požárnického sboru mel velký vliv jak nedostatek financních prostredku, tak i zretelná ztráty zájmu nekterých clenu o práci ve sboru.
