Community-created pebble mosaic created in 2011. The mosaic, consisting of a central willow tree surrounded by concentric rings, represents the joining of the Wards Island and Algonquin communities on the Toronto Islands. Over 100 residents contributed their time, efforts and skills to this project.

There is a nearby marker that explains in greater detail the history and efforts behind this and other mosaics in the area.
