The bronze statue was shipped from Italy where Umlauf worked on it for two years. It is 12'6" and is displayed on a granite base.
On the left is a man, draped across his lap on to the right is a woman. They are holding between them a child (with a very mature face) whose hands are held up and he is looking up as toward heaven.
The tree nearby nearly hides the man's head in its branches.
