The Downtown Tempe Utility Boxes projects have transformed traffic control boxes from dust covered cabinets to 5-sided canvases. Local artists were commissioned to paint a two-dimensional depiction of the uniqueness of Arizona and Tempe, bringing public art to the street corners of Downtown Tempe.

This painted utility box depicts the Mill Avenue District from a fish eye or "ant's eye view". There is a view of Hayden Flour Mill with Tempe Butte (“A Mountain”) in the background; a south-facing view of the W6 Towers. Brock is a third generation Arizona native.
