EN: The parish church of the Assumption stands on a terrace on a steep slope south of the village center.
The single nave closes in the east with a rectangular chancel and a church tower with a steep octagonal helmet and an open area with castellated railings.
The church was first mentioned in 1276. The present building is an early Baroque structure from the first third of the 17th century. The interior is Neo-classical and has been restored in 1972. The last complete renovation was in 2009.
DE: Die Pfarrkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt steht auf einer Terrasse an einem steilen Hang südlich des Dorfzentrums.
Das einschiffige Langhaus schliesst im Osten mit einem rechteckigen Chor und einem Kirchturm, der unter dem spitzen achteckigen Helm eine offenes Stockwerk mit zinnenartigem Geländer hat.
Die Kirche wurde 1276 erstmals erwähnt. Das heutige Gebäude ist ein frühbarocker Bau aus dem ersten Drittel des 17. Jahrhunderts. Die Innenausstattung ist klassizistisch und wurde 1972 wiederhergestellt. Die letzte Totalrenovation war 2009.
