From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.5 miles to the intersection with FR14. Turn right on FR14 and continue 2.7 miles. Bear left on FR1419 and continue for 1.6 miles. Turn left on Tamarack Lane and continue 0.8 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; rising 5"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The monument is at the SW corner of a wire mesh fence, about 130' E from the centerline of Tamarack Lane. There are two U-posts. One with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign bears N, 36" distant.
