Specifically located near the entrance to the cruise ship tender terminal, this sculpture...probably fiberglass is a whimsical depiction of a shark "standing" on the crest of a wave...wearing a lei, sunglasses, straw hat and a shirt that reads "Tequila Shark". There is no sign to indicate the title, artist or date...and it does not seem to be affiliated with a nearby restaurant or bar (although there are many in the area).
