No specific information about the bell of the tower. I assume it was built when the church was built.
All I could find was the history shown below

It began with a notice in a small town newspaper. On August 26, 1963, Donald Diedrich put a notice in the Troy Free Press for anyone interested in starting a Lutheran church in the area. A number of local residents met in the City Park. Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wentzville, Missouri; agreed to sponsor the mission start.

On October 27, 1963, the first Divine Service of Trinity Lutheran Church was held in the Little Theatre of Buchanan High School. Fifty-two people were in attendance, and the Divine Service was led by Rev. L. W. Temme of Warrenton, Missouri.

"Over time this little mission start grew and moved from the Little Theatre of Buchanan High School to the American Legion Hall to our present site. Throughout it’s young life, Jesus Christ was present in His Word and Sacraments. God’s Word was proclaimed in all it’s purity and truth. People young and old were brought into the family of faith through the washing of Holy Baptism. God’s people were fed with the Body and Blood of Christ in the Lord’s Supper.

"Trinity has been blessed with faithful pastors as well. Rev. John E. Faszholz served as Interim Pastor from 1965-1970. Rev. George Gibson, Jr. was the first called pastor at Trinity and served from 1970-1975. Rev. Ross Haupt was called to serve as pastor and served from 1975 until his retirement in 1981. In 1982, Rev. Thomas Larson was called and served as pastor until 2002. On January 25, 2004, Rev. Garry A. McCracken was installed and continues to serve as pastor to this day.

"Throughout the past fifty years, God has richly blessed Trinity Lutheran Church in Troy, Missouri. His forgiveness, life, and salvation continue to be a daily part of the life of the Church. Though not perfect, the sinners/saints at Trinity continue to respond with their prayers, praises, and thanksgivings.

"On Sunday, October 27, 2013, Trinity Lutheran Church celebrated it’s 50th Anniversary! Jesus Christ is the Lord of the Church yesterday, today, and into the future as well. He will be there tomorrow, just as He has been there yesterday, and is today." ~ Trinity Lutheran Church
