"On January 27, 2014, the Wright City Fire Protection District (WCFPD) received a letter from the Insurance Services Office (ISO) confirming a reduction in the insurance rating for properties within five road miles of a WCFPD or mutual aid partner’s responding fire station and within 1,000 feet of a fire hydrant or alternate water supply. The ISO rating for properties meeting these criteria would change from an ISO 6 to an ISO 4. A change in rating from 9 to 8B will apply to properties beyond 1,000 feet of a fire hydrant but within five road miles of a recognized fire station." ~ City of Wright City
