City of Sacramento has located these sculptures as a grant for art in public places. Troy Croliss,a U C Davis graduate constructed these tributes to Sacramento's poet laureates. These are the words of poet Jose Montoya. The six projects were budgeted at $96,000.
There was a blurb in the spring regional AAA magazine.
