This anchor is on display in memory of the sinking of the Danish fleet in Fredrikshavn. The Danish military sinked the ship in order not to let the Germans use it on their side in the war. Some ship sailed to Sweden, but most of the ships came to German use in the war.

There is also a plaque in memory of four rescue men who didn't survive a rescue mission during the winter.
