An elaborate reredos (dated 1867) with 4 figures of saints in canopied niches either side of the altar, and incorporating sedile to south.

The 19th century carved wooden altar beneath the east window has a pale stone reredos with the Lamb of God set on a background of flower motifs. Round the rest of the walls of the sanctuary is carved stone arcading. This has niches for statues; Helen and Paul on the left and Peter and Andrew on the right. Below then are carved panels with painted shields.
A plaque in the north wall reads -

TO THE GLORY OF GOD
AND IN MEMORY OF
Paul Tatlock Esq of Upper Gower St.London
and High Beach Essex died Oct 29 1850
and of his wife Helen Tatlock died July 15 1873
only child of Peter De Wint Esq died June 30 1849
and of Harriet his wife died Nov 27 1867

This Reredos is erected by their only
child and grandchild
Harriet Helen Tatlock of Bramfield House

We bless Thy holy name for all Thy servants
departed this life in Thy faith and fear
