DEDICATED TO
CHIEF RICHARD "BUD" HILL
FOR HIS MANY YEARS OF SERVICE

"International dealer at Jonesburg, will furnish the chassis at a cost of $2822, making the total cost of the new fire truck and equipment $8254. According to Fire Chief Richard Hill, the fire apparatus consists of the pump, body, hose compartment and auxiliary equipment to be fitted on the chassis. Awarding of the, contract was made Monday evening after six months of preparation and investigation by the City Council, Fire Department and the Rural Area Fire Association." ~ Warrenton Banner, July 21, 1960, page 6
