A set of Secret Caverns murals are places along the roadside in central New York in an attempt to lure tourist to this attraction. Each billboard is in its own way a work of art. They are the creations of billboard artists Todd DelMarter, Kurt Piller, and Secret Caverns owner R.J. "Caveman" Mallery.

Confucius and Do Not Pass form a V ith the pont facing Route 9. Both display a vast amount of hidden iconography that only reveals itself after considerable study of background information. The writer of the Roadside Attractions listing seems to have an insight beyond mere mortals.

Confucius is visible to motorist approaching Secret Caverns. It was painted by Kurt Piller in the style of a Chinese landscape painting. The waterfall on the right next to the figure of Confuscius is the the underground waterfall at Secret Caverns mysteriously falling all the way to China. The message on the billboard reads: CONFUCIUS SAYS CONTEMPLATE: WHERE DOES SECRET CAVERNS 100 FT UNDERGROUND WATERFALL REALLY END?

Do Not Pass is actually a warning to motorist that you have already passed Secret Caverns and should travel no farther. The billboard contains many highway signs, a police officer stopping traffic, and a roadblock made of dinosaur bones. Many other humorous motifs are contained within the details - note: the falling cow zone sign.
