from the Data Sheet: "Description: DESCRIBED BY OCS 2003 - FOUND 3 3\4" USCGS BRONZED DISK STAMPED "D 784 1946", SET IN THE TOP OF A 6 IN BY 6 IN. CONCRETE POST. MONUMENT IS LOCATED ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY SIDE OF THE ATCHINSON/TOPEKA/SANTA FE RAILWAY, AT THE IRVINE SUBSTATION LOCATED AT 15215 BARRANCA, 54 FT. NORTHERLY OF THE BLUE SAFETY LINE ALONG THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF THE TRACKS, 150 FT. SOUTHEASTERLY OF MILE POLE #185 AND OCS CARSONITE MARKER 1 FT. NORTHERLY. MONUMENT IS SET 0.2 FT. BELOW DIRT SURFACE."

The Caronite Marker is orange and easy to spot. There is a large rock in a depression (hole) in the dirt and the benchmark is immediately SW of that rock and lightly covered by dirt which I brushed away.

The coordinates listed on Geoaching.com (visit link) are not correct as they are in the parking lot for the station and the opposite side of the tracks.

There is a path that goes behind the hedge along the waiting area for Track 1. Very easy and safe access.
