The dial has a blue background that has, over the years, faded. The hour numbers have a slightly darker blue background. Due to the angle of the wall on which the sundial is mounted the hours are only shown to two'o'clock in the afternoon and appear to start at three'o'clock in the morning. The hours from three to ten are shown in Arabic numerals with eleven to two being shown in Roman numerals. The numbers four, one and two are inscribed into the buildings wall the others appear to be painted on the surface. Fine lines are cut into the wall from the centre out to the hour marks.
Sundial Type: Vertical - Wall mounted dial plate
