IOOF Hall located in the small town of Stafford, NY., located at the junction of NY Rte 5 and Rte 237.

The four-corners area has been continuously occupied since 1798. It represents the eastern boundary of the Holland Land Purchase, a huge tract of land that ran westward from here to the Buffalo area and from Lake Ontario to the Pennsylvania border. It also represents the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the old area.

Buildings of interest also include the former Town Hall located on the northwest corner, the old Post Office located on the southwest corner, several dwellings on the SE and NE corners.

Address given is for the historic marker in front of the Post Office.
