former Railway station in rather bad condition.

This railway station was opened on 3th of august 1912 and closed for passenger transport in january 1936.
In World War II it was reinstalled for transporting ammunition and bombs to Schiphol airport.
Dutch:
stationsgebouw (1911) Type HESM III Een klein gebouw, niet veel groter dan baanwachterswoningen, echter met enkele lokalen voor de stationsdienst
Halte Aalsmeerderweg (Amw, nummer 4) In de tweede wereld oorlog hadden Duitsers vanaf deze halte een lijn aangelegd naar Schiphol om de stelllingen rond het vliegveld van munitie, manschappen en vooral vliegtuigbommen te voorzien.
Vrij snel na de oorlog is dit lijntje afgebroken en zijn de bielzen en rails gebruikt om de overige lijnen te herstellen
