From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.4 miles. Turn left onto George McAllister Road, FR2060. Continue about 0.4 miles and bear right onto FR2061. Continue 2.4 miles to the junction with FR-600, a closed road. Park and hike N along a posted line to the corner, 1820' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are two yellow faded signs mounted on a T-post which bears N, 36" distant. Found a fir and a ponderosa pine each with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside.


What property is this mark defining?:
The section E from the corner is Deschutes National Forest land; W is private property.
