Morrell Franklin Robberts was born on June 11, 1911 and died on December 8, 1983. He was involved in the US Navy before becoming a judge. He is credited with being the first full time Justice of Peace of the Grand Canyon. He is now buried in Pioneer Cemetery within Grand Canyon National Park.
